HYGIEIA Academic Board Member Catarina Rosado Visits Srinakharinwirot University in Thailand

HYGIEIA Academic Board member Catarina Rosado visited Srinakharinwirot University in Thailand, an Associated Academic Partner of HYGIEIA, on 24 June 2026. During the visit, she was welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, together with lecturers, members of staff and students. The meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen the existing relationship between HYGIEIA and Srinakharinwot University and to explore future areas of collaboration. Discussions focused on potential initiatives including staff and student exchanges, as well as the development of joint research projects. The visit further consolidated HYGIEIA’s international academic network and reinforced the shared commitment to advancing education, research, and innovation. Catarina Rosado also participated as a keynote speaker at the PST 2026 Conference in Bangkok. Her lecture addressed the theme of the safety and efficacy assessment of cosmetic products containing natural products with a view to increasing sustainability of skin formulations.

European Longevity Hub Joins HYGIEIA Erasmus Mundus Consortium as Associated Partner

We are pleased to announce that the European Longevity Hub (ELH) has joined the HYGIEIA Consortium as an Associated Partner. ELH is an international platform dedicated to advancing science, innovation, and ecosystem development in longevity and healthy ageing, with global activities across Europe, Latin America and emerging global hubs. Through guest lectures, workshops, communication efforts, career guidance, and the development of applied internship pathways, ELH will support HYGIEIA students and contribute to shaping a new generation of professionals prepared to drive innovation in preventive health, ageing research, and lifespan-oriented solutions.
